"The return process itself was okay..."
The return process itself was okay, and I did eventually get my refund, but it took longer than I expected. Not a huge deal, just a bit frustrating waiting on it. Did anyone else have the same issue with a slow refund?

"Pretty easy to use, with a few small hiccups"
I found the site fairly easy to use overall. The pages loaded fine for me, and I was able to get to what I needed without too much trouble. That said, some of the menus felt a little unclear, so I did have to poke around a bit. Not a bad experience, just not totally seamless either.

"Mostly what I expected, with one small surprise"
I ordered this home decor piece and overall it was pretty much like the listing described. The size, color, and material were all close to what I saw online, so I was happy about that. There was one little detail that looked a bit different in person, which was slightly disappointing, but not a dealbreaker. I like it, just not completely blown away.

"Felt rushed and frustrated putting it together"
Putting this together was a headache. It took me hours, and I kept feeling pressured to just get it done, but the holes didn’t line up right and the instructions were super confusing. I eventually figured it out, but the whole process was way more stressful than it needed to be.

"Box showed up beat up"
My order got here and the box was crushed and ripped down one side. The item itself was thankfully not totally broken but it looked like no one paid much attention when packing it. Not the best first experience with alivinghome.com.

I waited for days and still didn’t get a real answer. I don’t know, there’s just something about it that felt really frustrating.

"Expected a lot more for the price"
I feel like I spent more than I should have on this. I’ve bought similar home items from other sites before, and they felt better made for around the same price. These looked nicer online than they did in person, and the quality was just average. For what Alivinghome is charging, I expected a bit more. I probably wouldn’t order from them again.

"I thought it was going to feel..."
I thought it was going to feel a lot better, but it just didn’t, honestly. The firmness is kind of strange feeling, like I couldn’t get settled on it right. I tried it for a few days and then my back was sore, which was not great. So yeah, not really what I was hoping it would be

"Shipping was faster than I thought"
I was expecting it to take a bit longer, but then it showed up fast. I remember thinking, “Oh, that’s already here?” Definitely a nice surprise.

"Feels kind of cheap to me"
I was hoping this would be a bit nicer, but the fabric feels thin and cheap. Maybe it works for some people, but I’m fairly sure it’s not worth it for the price. Disappointing overall.

"My order showed up on time, so..."
My order showed up on time, so my brain kind of did the usual shortcut of “cool, everything’s probably fine.” But when I opened it, one item was a different color than what I picked. It’s not the end of the world and I can still use it, but it was a little annoying since I expected the order to match

"Definitely Not What I Was Hoping For"
I was expecting way more from this, and I’m absolutely sure it just didn’t live up to the hype. The whole thing felt disappointing, like there’s no way this was the best it could’ve been.

"Cool styles, but I got overwhelmed fast"
I’ll admit, my first reaction was that some of the designs looked really nice. But as I clicked around, the site started to feel a bit messy and crowded. I kind of had to pause and figure out where to look, so browsing wasn’t as smooth as I expected.

I’m still waiting on my order, and there hasn’t really been a clear update. It feels like the delivery time they promised wasn’t exactly handled properly.

"Sizing runs really small"
I was surprised by how small this fit. I double-checked the size tag and even compared it to another item I own in the same size because I thought maybe I’d ordered wrong, but nope. It was tight in all the little places that usually make or break the fit, especially around the shoulders and waist. Definitely size up.

"Feels like a solid buy so far"
I picked this up from Alivinghome a few months back, my gut feeling is that it’s going to hold up well. I’ve been using it almost every day, and so far there are no cracks, loose parts, or anything that makes me worry. Delivery was a little slower than I expected, so I’d take off a star for that, but overall it feels sturdy and dependable.

"I had an issue with my order at..."
I had an issue with my order at first, and it took a little back and forth with support to get everything sorted out!!! It wasn’t super quick, but they did fix it eventually, and I’m happy with how it turned out now!!!
